- All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service as per your selection at checkout.
- Please allow 4-6 WEEKS for production and shipment of all items.
- Production times vary, If there is a delay in shipment you will be contacted through email.
- Free shipping orders will be sent First Class United States Postal Service.

United States : USPS First class mail = 4-10 day delivery time & Tracking
USPS Flat rate Priority Mail = 2-5 day delivery time & Tracking
USPS First class international = 1-2 week delivery time
USPS First class package international = 5-10 day delivery time & Tracking

A USPS Customs Form Number will be added to your order for first class packages. This number will only work once your items LEAVES the United States.
There is a separate Tracking Number available that tracks the order while it is INSIDE the United States. I keep this information on my end of the order so that in case the item is returned I can verify if it left the US.
However, if your order does not arrive within 4 weeks of the ship date, please contact me for instructions.
* Please note: Not all USPS locations will scan tracking/custom form numbers. There may be a lapse in between scans.
Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are sent only if an item can NOT be replaced.
- Package must be returned in original unused condition for a full refund.
- Please contact us about any issues prior to returning the order so that we may instruct you on the next step.
- Returns are possible as long as the item is in unused condition and is returned with all included Gifts, Packaging and Paperwork.
- Returns are processed and a refund is issued only after the item has arrived back to us, the condition of the return is verified and tracking has updated through USPS.
- A partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in unused condition or if packaging has been damaged during return shipping.
- Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
