I also prefer to visit the post office once a week right now so orders will be a little longer going out some weeks.

Added January 2021:

As of today we will no longer be accepting international orders. We are still learning the new Brexit / VAT taxes and will be offering International orders again once that is sorted. Thank you again 

* EDIT! International orders are accepted again. The U.K is still out of our understanding though but we are doing our best to get that up and running soon again!

  • All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service as per your selection at checkout.
  • Please allow 8-12 WEEKS for production and shipment of all items. Unless stated otherwise in the top of the item description.
  • Production times vary, If there is a delay in shipment you will be contacted through email. ( There have been some issues with emails being sent out so please also check my social media @anklebiterskids )
  • Free shipping orders will be sent First Class United States Postal Service or Priority Mail depending on weight and shipping location.
  • Once your order ships please use this app to track your order! It will NOT track until the item has been shipped out.

Domestic Orders:

United States : USPS First class mail = 4-10 day delivery time & Tracking
USPS Flat rate Priority Mail = 2-5 day delivery time & Tracking


Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are sent only if an item can NOT be replaced.
  • Package must be returned in original unused condition for a full refund. 
  • Please contact us about any issues prior to returning the order so that we may instruct you on the next step.
  • Returns are possible as long as the item is in unused condition and is returned with all included Gifts, Packaging and Paperwork.
  • Returns are processed and a refund is issued only after the item has arrived back to us, the condition of the return is verified and tracking has updated through USPS.
  • A partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in unused condition or if packaging has been damaged during return shipping. 
  • Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
